目的:探讨长春市某社区60岁以上重点人群的高血压、糖尿病及高脂血症的患病现况,并分析其与体质量和腰围的关系,为社区老年人慢性病的预防与控制提供相关基础数据。方法:设计调查表,采用面对面问询及体格检查、生化指标检测的方法,并根据相关诊断标准设计表格计算率或构成比,进行描述性分析,并用SPSS 21.0进行统计学分析,计数资料采用卡方检验。结果:人群超重、肥胖、腹型肥胖率分别为40.98%、12.91%、61.80%;高血压、高三酰甘油血症、高胆固醇血症、糖尿病患病率依次为81.83%、37.84%、27.69%、6.02%;体质量消瘦、正常及超重/肥胖人群中高血压、糖尿病、高胆固醇血症、高三酰甘油血症患病率依次呈增高趋势;高血压、糖尿病、高胆固醇血症和高三酰甘油血症患病率腰围正常组均低于腹型肥胖组。结论:长春市某社区60岁以上老年人高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症患病率明显较高,肥胖及腹型肥胖是其重要影响因素,应该引起社区的高度重视并对其进行预防和控制,以提高社区老年人的生活质量及健康水平。
