随着我国廉洁文化的不断深入,许多大型的国有企业都已经建立了自身的廉洁风险防控机制。鉴于合资企业特殊的性质,在其中建立类似的廉洁防控具有重要的意义,这也是将廉洁防控机制纳入合资企业的经营管理的有效途径。本文首先探索了廉洁防控工作的涵义,分析了在合资企业中加强廉洁防控的意义,并在这些意义的基础上提出相应的解决措施。
With the deepening of our country’s clean culture, many large state-owned enterprises have established their own mechanism of honest risk prevention and control. In view of the special nature of joint ventures, it is of great significance to establish a similar anti-corruption prevention and control system in this joint venture, which is also an effective way to integrate the clean prevention and control mechanism into the operation and management of joint ventures. This article first explores the meaning of clean prevention and control work, analyzes the significance of strengthening clean prevention and control in joint ventures, and puts forward corresponding solutions on the basis of these meanings.
