北医附小依托“基于合作学习的教学方式改进”项目,从三年级入手在全校试点教学变革。项目实施中,学校从教学理念变革、新型课堂构建两方面着力。为使教师更新教学理念、走上专业研究之路,学校组织教师开展专题阅读分享活动,通过专家讲座、共同研讨等方式对实践问题进行探讨。在新型课堂构建方面,项目学科组利用思维工具,紧扣学科本质,构建了适合学生学情和发展需要的合作学习课堂。项目实施一年多来,师生的积极变化逐渐显现,成效显著。
Peking University with small relying on “based on cooperative learning to improve teaching ” project, starting from the third grade in the school pilot teaching reform. During the implementation of the project, the school will focus on two aspects: the transformation of teaching ideas and the construction of a new type of classroom. In order to enable teachers to update their teaching concepts and embark on professional research, the school organizes teachers to carry out special reading and sharing activities and discusses practical issues through lectures by experts and joint discussions. In the construction of new classrooms, project disciplines use the thinking tools, closely linked to the nature of the discipline, to build a cooperative learning classroom suitable for students’ learning and development needs. Over the past year since the implementation of the project, the positive changes have gradually emerged in teachers and students with remarkable results.
