[目的]探讨手足口病医院感染管理的有效方法,预防医院感染的发生。[方法]加强手足口病防治知识的培训,对病区的结构进行适当的改造,建立就诊流程,设立预检分诊处,医护人员实行标准预防,严格执行消毒隔离制度和手卫生规范。[结果]从2009年3～4月共收治手足口病患者452例,无1例医院感染发生。[结论]采取有效的防控对策及消毒隔离措施,是控制手足口病医院感染的关键。
[Objective] To explore effective management of nosocomial infection in hand-foot-mouth disease and prevent the occurrence of nosocomial infection. [Methods] To strengthen the training of HFMD prevention and treatment knowledge, make the proper reconstruction on the structure of ward, set up the visiting procedure, set up the pre-screening and triage department, standardize the prevention and treatment of medical personnel, and strictly enforce the disinfection and isolation system and hand hygiene criterion. [Results] From March to April, 2009, 452 HFMD patients were treated, none of which occurred in hospital. [Conclusion] Taking effective prevention and control measures and disinfection and isolation measures is the key to control nosocomial infection of HFMD.
