为测量通风服通风组件的流率分配,结果显示:通风组件在常用的稳定流率(100~160L/min)工作状态下,头部、上肢、下肢的流率分配比均稳定在35%,35%,30%左右.但流率波动较大或供气不足时,不具备这一稳定的流率分配比.实验使用的测量方法简单可靠,并建立了一种通过测量流阻估算各部分的流率及流率分配的简单方法,流率分配的测量结果与相应的计算结果相差不超过2%.
In order to measure the flow rate distribution of the ventilation components of the ventilation suit, the results show that the flow distribution ratio of the head, upper extremity and lower limb of the ventilation component is stable at 35% at the steady working flow rate (100-160 L / min) 35%, 30% or so. However, large flow rate fluctuations or insufficient gas supply, do not have this stable flow rate distribution ratio. The experimental method used is simple and reliable, and a simple method of estimating the flow rate and flow rate distribution of each part by measuring the flow resistance is established. The difference between the measurement results of flow rate distribution and the corresponding calculation results is no more than 2%.
