本文在振荡器相位噪声幂律谱的基础上,首先研究了振荡器相位噪声的谱形与品质问题,指出了文献中常见的错误,然后提出以“相位噪声指数λ”和“相位噪声品质因数Λ”作为衡量和比较不同振荡器相位噪声性能优劣的综合物理量。所得结果对振荡器及锁相振荡器最佳相位噪声性能的设计有一定的指导意义。
Based on the power-law spectrum of oscillator’s phase noise, this paper firstly studies the spectral shape and quality of the oscillator’s phase noise, points out some common mistakes in the literature, and then puts forward the method of “phase noise index λ” and “phase noise quality factor Λ ”as a measure of and comparison of different oscillator phase noise performance of the merits of the overall physical quantity. The results obtained for the oscillator and phase-locked oscillator oscillator design of the best phase noise performance of some guidance.
