建国以来,德州市水利事业发生厂翻天覆地的变化,形成了较为完善的灌溉系统,极大地拉动了全社会经济的发展。截止到1999年底,全市共发展工程节水灌溉面积29.08万hm~2,发展非工程节水面积27.27万hm~2,建设大中型拦河闸144座,开挖坑塘1.1万hm~2,年拦蓄利用水量达1.7亿m~3。建成丁东、丁庄、严务、小店、沟盘河5座水库,总库容10450万m~3,年调蓄水量1亿多m~3。全市有效
