云南省机械厅于1982年3月23～27日,在昆明市主持召开了由云南内燃机厂和上海内燃机研究所共同研制的495QA 型柴油机新产品省级鉴定会。参加会议的有主管部门、科研单位、高等院校、生产和使用部门共40个单位72名代表。495QA 高速轻型柴油机为直列式水冷四冲程柴油机,最大功率为72PS/3200rpm,最大扭矩为18kgf·m/2100rpm,外形尺寸为881×642×757mm,整机重量为310kg,全负荷速度特性曲线的最低燃油消耗率为187g/PS·h。
