目的观察磷酸肌酸(creatine phosphate,CP)治疗胸部恶性肿瘤放疗致心脏损伤疗效。方法将符合入选标准的107例胸部恶性肿瘤患者随机分为治疗组(55例)和对照组(52例),治疗组在放射治疗基础上加磷酸肌酸钠静脉滴注,对照组给予单纯放疗,在放疗前、放疗结束后观察血清心肌标志物(CK、CK-MB、cTnI)水平及心电图改变。结果两组放疗前心肌标志物水平相似,放疗结束后治疗组CK、CK-MB、cTnI水平明显低于单纯放疗组(P<0.01);治疗组放疗前后心肌标志物变化不明显(P>0.05),对照组放疗后心肌标志物水平明显高于治疗前水平(P<0.01)。治疗组心电图异常发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论磷酸肌酸钠能够降低胸部恶性肿瘤放射治疗所致的心脏损害作用。
Objective To observe the curative effect of creatine phosphate (CP) on heart injury induced by radiotherapy in thoracic malignant tumors. Methods A total of 107 patients with thoracic malignant tumor who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 55) and control group (n = 52). The treatment group received intravenous infusion of sodium phosphate phos- phate on the basis of radiotherapy and the control group received radiotherapy alone The levels of serum myocardial markers (CK, CK-MB, cTnI) and ECG changes were observed before radiotherapy and after radiotherapy. Results The levels of myocardial markers in the two groups before radiotherapy were similar. The levels of CK, CK-MB and cTnI in the treatment group after radiotherapy were significantly lower than those in the radiotherapy alone group (P <0.01). The changes of myocardial markers in the treatment group before and after radiotherapy were insignificant ). The levels of myocardial markers in the control group after radiotherapy were significantly higher than those before treatment (P <0.01). The incidence of electrocardiogram abnormality in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion Sodium creatine phosphate can reduce the cardiac damage caused by radiotherapy of thoracic malignant tumors.
