研究了口服硒对镉致孕鼠体内微量元素分布改变的影响。结果表明,1.镉中毒可使血液、肝和肾组织中镉、铜含量显著升高(P<0.01);锌和硒含量显著降低(P<0.01);血锰降低、肾锰升高,肝脏中锰无明显变化。2.口服硒后镉在血液、肝和肾中含量减少;血液中铜含量显著高于镉中毒组和对照组(P<0.01),肝和肾中铜含量显著降低(P<0.01),锌和硒含量显著升高(P<0.01);血锰升高,而肝、肾中锰水平降低(P<0.01)。提示硒拮抗镉致胚胎和母鼠毒的机理之一是硒能引起镉在血液和组织中的再分布,减少游离镉浓度;硒还可显著拮抗镐中毒引起的孕鼠体内铜、锌、锰、硒分布的改变,使这些元素在体内分布趋于正平衡。
The effects of oral selenium on the changes of trace elements in pregnant rats induced by cadmium were studied. The result shows that: 1. Cadmium poisoning could significantly increase the content of cadmium and copper in blood, liver and kidney (P <0.01), and reduce the content of zinc and selenium (P <0.01) No significant changes in manganese. 2. It is suggested that selenium can induce the redistribution of cadmium in blood and tissues and reduce the concentration of free cadmium. Selenium can also significantly antagonize the copper, zinc and manganese in pregnant rats induced by pickaxe , Changes in the distribution of selenium, the distribution of these elements in the body tends to be a positive balance.
