9月25日,沪港经济杂志社在上海新天地亚力山大会馆,举办了一场“上海市房地产市场发展存在的问题及对策研讨会”。40位上海房地产界精英聚集一堂,共商房产发展大计,他们中既有上海房地产管理部门的领导,也有资深的专家学者,更多的是沪港两地房产巨子,上海市房屋土地资源管理局副局长、上海市房产经济学会会长庞元也出席了会议。会上,各路“神仙”就宏观调控以及上海房地产市场发展方向畅所欲言。现将与会者的发言摘录刊出,以飧读者。
