PBN News With the transition to overseas EPC and the increasing pace with international engineering companies, CPE Beijing Branch faces a very different overseas business environment, legal system, thinking concept and language barrier culture obstacle. How to guide the common value orientation and properly handle cross-cultural conflicts and merges has become a prominent issue in the company’s corporate culture management. During the process of solving the problems, CPE Beijing Branch found that to effectively conduct cross-cultural management of enterprises, we must first correctly understand the differences in management culture, objectively treat different corporate cultures, and give full play to their different cultural advantages. In their work, branches recognize and attach importance to each other’s differences on the basis of mutual respect, complementarity, coordination, the formation of cross-cultural advantages.
