目的观察前列腺素E_1对慢性乙型肝炎氧自由基的清除作用。方法检测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)间接反应体内氧自由基数量,并检测了丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、血清总胆红素(TB)、血清总蛋白(TP)、A/G比值。结果 16例正常人SOD活性检测正常值165.90±23.36NU/ml,40例治疗组与40例对照组治疗前年龄、性别、ALT、TB、TP、A/G无差异。治疗后SOD、ALT、TB、TP分别为:194.20±16.43NU/ml,160.20±21.22NU/ml;38.92±11.80U/L,89.76±21.51U/L;20.53±4.22μmol/L,32.54±4.68μmol/L;75.48±2.15g/L,74.68±2.15g/L。除TP外均有显著性差异。治疗组自身对照TP有差异(P<005)。结论前列腺素E_1对治疗慢性乙型肝炎,清除氧自由基有较好疗效。
Objective To observe the clearance effect of prostaglandin E 1 on oxygen free radicals in chronic hepatitis B Methods The number of oxygen free radicals in the indirect reaction of superoxide dismutase (SOD) was detected and the alanine aminotransferase (ALT), serum total bilirubin (TB), total serum protein (TP) and A / G ratio were measured.
