为造就一支素质优良、结构合理、适应现代化建设需要的后备干部队伍,阿克苏市按照《党政领导选拔任用工作条例》的有关精神,从强化三个机制入手,切实加强对后备干部的培养力度。一是强化选拔任用机制。通过准确把握用人之道,逐步建立起充满生机和活力的选人用人机制,营造了公开、平等、竞争、择优和有利于优秀人才脱颖而出的良好环境。今年以来,先后选拔了42名德才兼备、政绩突出、群众公认的优秀年轻干部,并在11家事业单位开展竞争上岗,选拔了94名中层年轻领导干部,同时还积极做好了每年一次的公开推荐优秀年轻干部工作,经民主推荐、资格考试、组织考察、讨论确定四个环节,进一步充实了后备干部库,建立了一支约500余人的后备干部队伍。

We have recommended, examinations of qualifications, examination of organizations, discussion and determination of four links to further enrich the reserve cadres’ library and set up a backup cadre team of about 500 people.
