Creative tourism and theme tourism are popularity and tendencies of tourism practice.The researches have been heating-up.The two have opposition and unification in connotation.Creative tourism pays more attentions to non-theme and flexibility,while theme tourism emphasizes theme.Under particular cultural background,they can realize integration.Applying the two concepts into development of cultural thematic creative tourism is an ideal path to integrate tourism,culture and creative industry.
