“’99中国科技期刊进入国际权威检索系统国际研讨会”于1999年11月18～21日在南京国际会议中心举行。此次会议,由中国科学技术期刊编辑学会、中国高等学校自然科学学报研究会、中国药科大学共同主办。中国药科大学承办。参加会议的代表350名。其中,国外代表22人,分别来自美国、英国、日本、法国、意大利、奥地利、荷兰、澳大利亚等八个国家,他们代表了:三个国际组织——国际科学编辑联合会 IFSE,欧洲科技期刊编辑学会 EASE,国际学术出版者 International Symposium on Entry of Chinese Sci-tech Journals into the International Authoritative Retrieval System "was held in Nanjing International Convention Center from November 18 to November 1999.
