本文成功地在N_2气氛中制备了超细Fe微粒,颗粒为球状或具有一定的结晶外形,由于磁相互作用而排成链状。粒径随N_2气压力增加而增加,在N_2气压力为0.6—100Torr的压力范围内,平均粒径为150~400A,颗粒的主要成份为α-Fe,含有少量的Υ-Fe_2O_3或Fe_3O_4,随粒径增大氧化物相对含量减少,氧化物微晶出现在颗粒表面。制备过程中无氮化物生成,蒸发源对样品的污染亦不严重。
In this paper, we successfully prepared ultrafine Fe particles in a N 2 atmosphere. The particles are spherical or have a certain crystalline shape and are lined up due to the magnetic interaction. The particle size increased with the increase of N 2 gas pressure. The average particle size was 150-400 A in the pressure range of 0.6-100 Torr of N 2 gas pressure. The main components of the particles were α-Fe and a small amount of Y-Fe 2 O 3 or Fe 3 O 4. As the particle size increases, the relative content of oxides decreases and the oxide crystallites appear on the particle surface. During the preparation process, no nitrides were formed and the source of the sample was not seriously contaminated by the evaporation source.
