中风,乃是临床常见病和多发病,严重威胁人体生命,因此,应积极正确的预防。<一>重在调七情(怒、喜、思、忧、悲、恐、惊)。如平素忧郁烦怒。暴喜过悲,大惊卒恐等,可使气血上冲而诱发本病。因此,宜保持情绪乐观,思想开朗,遇事沉着冷静,切忌过于求成,并尽量减少某些不良刺激。<二>饮食宜清淡。平时多吃新鲜蔬菜、水果和易消化食品,不食辛辣刺激及肥甘厚味食品;饮食有节,勿过饥过饱,过冷过热,过酸过成,过猛过快。<三>起居有常,劳逸结合。不要过度地安逸贪睡,要适当地参加一些体育锻炼,如气功,太极拳及散步等,做到生活有一定的节律,作息有一定的时间。
