浮选精煤粒度过细是造成脱水困难、产品水分超标的主要原因,而合理掺入粗颗粒,改善其粒度组成,可以有效降低滤饼水分。通过浮选级配脱水试验探究掺入不同粒级粗颗粒对滤饼水分的影响规律,结果表明最佳掺入量具有一定的上限,过高掺入量并不能显著改善脱水效果,在-0.125 mm粒级产品中1~0.5、0.5~0.25、0.25~0.125 mm粗粒物料掺入量分别为13.33%、20%、16.67%时形成的滤饼水分含量最低。
