公安院校教师具有人民警察和人民教师的双重身份。从总体上而言,我国公安院校师德建设呈现积极、健康、向上的态势,但也存在突出问题:一是政治意识淡漠,理想信念动摇;二是表率意识淡薄,示范作用不强;三是师生关系疏离,关爱之心缺失;四是治学不严谨、业务能力不强。对此,应着重从强化党建和思想政治建设、强化人民警察意识、树立“以人为本”的师德建设理念、着力营造公安院校特色文化等方面采取措施加强公安院校师德建设。
Teachers in public security colleges have the dual identities of people’s police and people’s teachers. Generally speaking, the construction of teachers’ morality in public security colleges and universities in our country shows a positive, healthy and upward trend. However, there are also outstanding problems: First, political awareness is indifferent and the ideal and belief are shaken; second, the model consciousness is weak and the demonstration is not strong; Is the relationship between teachers and students alienation, lack of love of the heart; Fourth, scholarship is not rigorous, business skills are not strong. In this regard, measures should be taken to strengthen the construction of teachers ’morality in public security colleges and universities in the aspects of strengthening the party building and ideological and political construction, strengthening the awareness of the people’s police, establishing the “people-oriented” concept of the construction of teachers’ morality and creating a distinctive culture of public security colleges and universities.
