《城市公共汽车和无轨电车工程项目建设标准》已由建设部和国家计委1996年5月17日建标[1996]298号文批准,将于1996年9月1日起施行。该标准以建设部为主编部门,中国城市规划设计研究院为主编单位,由北京市公共交通总公司、上海市公共交通总公司、武汉市公用事业研究所参编共同完成。该标准1990年5月开题,1995年6月正式报送报批稿。在编制过程中,三次向全国发出《标
The “Standard for the Construction of City Bus and Trolleybus Projects” has been approved by the Ministry of Construction and the State Planning Commission on May 17, 1996, Document No. 298, and will be implemented on September 1, 1996. The standard is mainly composed of the Ministry of Construction, and the China Urban Planning and Design Institute is the chief editorial unit. It is jointly completed by Beijing Public Transport Corporation, Shanghai Public Transport Corporation, and Wuhan Public Utilities Research Institute. The standard began in May 1990 and was officially submitted in June 1995. In the process of preparation, it issued “marks” to the nation three times.
