目的 了解上海地区透析患者脑血管意外的发生情况和相关因素。方法８家医院填写调查表，对过去两年上述患者的资料进行回顾性分析。结果 体重平均指数为（２１．７７±２．６７）ｋｇ／ｍ２，脑血管意外发生时，平均透析龄为（２６．０７ ± ２５．２１）月；平均收缩压为（１８．５９ ±４３．３７）ｍｍＨｇ，平均舒张压为（９９．９１±２２．３１）ｍｍＨｇ。６０例高血压患者接受降压治疗，只有２０例得到控制。死亡４０例，其中脑溢血２５例（６２．５％），脑梗死１０例（２５．０％）。结论 脑血管意外死亡率高，以脑溢血为主。具有意义的指标仅有脑血管意外的类型和平均舒张压。控制高血压是极其必要的。
Objective To understand the occurrence of cerebrovascular accidents and related factors in dialysis patients in Shanghai. Methods Eight hospitals completed questionnaires and retrospectively analyzed the data of the above patients in the past two years. Results The mean body weight index was (21.77±2.67) kg/m2. When cerebrovascular accidents occurred, the average dialysis age was (26.07 ± 25.21) months; the mean systolic blood pressure was (18.59 ± 43. 37) mmHg, mean diastolic pressure is (99.91±22.31) mmHg. 60 patients with hypertension received antihypertensive therapy and only 20 patients were controlled. There were 40 deaths, of which 25 were cerebral hemorrhage (62.5%) and 10 were cerebral infarction (25.0%). Conclusions Cerebral vascular accidents have a high mortality rate and cerebral hemorrhage is the main cause. The indicators with significance are only the type of cerebrovascular accident and the mean diastolic pressure. Control of hypertension is extremely necessary.
