目的:建立高效液相法测定消炎片中黄芩苷含量的方法。方法:采用phenomenex C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(50:50:1)流速为0.8 ml·min~(-1),检测波长为280 nm。结果:黄芩苷在0.23~2.04μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999)平均回收率为99.3%(RSD=1.0%)(n=5)结论:方法简便,可靠,准确,重复性好。可用于消炎片中黄芩苷的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of baicalin in Xiaoyan Tablets by HPLC. METHODS: A phenomenex C 18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water-glacial acetic acid (50:50:1) with a flow rate of 0.8 ml·min-1. The detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results: The linear range of baicalin in the range of 0.23~2.04μg was good (r=0.9999). The average recovery was 99.3% (RSD=1.0%) (n=5). Conclusion: The method is simple, reliable, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the determination of baicalin in anti-inflammatory tablets.
