将集总参数计算分析、流场数值模拟计算分析、整机热平衡试验研究和系统的计算机仿真分析有机地结合起来,形成一套比较完备的工程机械热管理系统现代设计与研究方法。应用于包含多个子系统的工程机械热管理系统设计中,使产品成型之前即可发现设计缺陷;应用于已有产品研究中,可提出行之有效的改进措施。应用在XG953型装载机热管理系统研究中,提出机罩改进措施,使冷却风有效流量增加15.2%。该设计方法对解决工程机械热状态不佳问题,消除产品质量隐患,提高设计水平具有一定的实际意义。
The lumped parameter calculation and analysis, flow field numerical simulation and analysis, machine heat balance test and system simulation analysis are combined organically to form a complete set of modern engineering thermal management system design and research methods. Applied to the design of thermal management system of engineering machinery containing multiple subsystems, the design flaws can be found before the product is molded. When applied to existing products, effective measures can be put forward. In the study of the thermal management system of XG953 loaders, the improvement measures of the hood were proposed to increase the effective flow of cooling air by 15.2%. The design method has certain practical significance to solve the problem of poor thermal status of engineering machinery, eliminate product quality problems and improve the design level.
