本法采用一次提取,提取液冰冻或氮流干燥,再经硅烷化以测定马来酸麦角新碱。本法比美国药典第18版比色定量-薄层半定量(测降解物)法简便准确。层析仪装有火焰离子化鉴定器,氦为载气,固定相为涂有1%OV-1的80~100目 Gas-Chrom Q,填充于长1.2米,内经为0.64厘米的硼硅玻璃柱中。层析柱和鉴定器均应保持260℃恒温,进样注射孔温度为280℃。氦气流速为55毫升/分。
