班级是当前我国学校教育体制当中用于学生管理的最主要形式,而班主任作为这一种管理形式的主要执行者,其个人心理品质将会对班集体建设与发展产生至关重要的作用与影响。本文以“新时期小学班主任积极心理品质的培养路径”为主要研究对象,首先阐释了积极心理品质的内涵,然后论述了当前制约小学生班主任积极心理品质的因素,最后从三个方面阐释了小学班主任积极心理品质的培养路径。望本文的论述,能使广大小学班主任充分认识到心理因素对于管理班集体、教育学生方面所能起到的积极作用,从而促使其注重对于积极心理素质的培养与把握。
Class is currently the most important form of student management in our school education system. As the chief executive of this type of management, class teacher’s personal psychological quality will play a crucial role in the collective construction and development of class . In this paper, the main research object is “the path of cultivating the active psychological quality of the head teachers of primary school in the new period”. First of all, the connotation of the positive psychological quality is explained. Then the factors which restrict the positive psychological quality of the headmasters are discussed. Finally, Primary school teacher positive psychological quality training path. Hope this article’s discussion, can make the head of the majority of primary schools fully aware of the psychological factors for the management class collective, education students can play a positive role, so that it pays attention to the cultivation of positive psychological quality and grasp.
