目的 研究比较循证护理在手术室护理中的应用对并发症及负性心理的影响.方法 选择2019年1月～2020年1月期间于我院行手术治疗的100例患者为此次研究对象,将其随机分为2组,分别为对照组和研究组,每组50例,对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组常规护理的基础上实施循证护理,观察两组并发症发生率和负性心理.结果 护理前两组SAS焦虑评分、SDS抑郁评分对比差异不显著(P>0.05),护理后两组均有所改善,且研究组相比对照组改善更为明显(P<0.05),同时研究组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 将循证护理应用于手术室护理中效果显著,可有效降低并发症发生率,并改善患者负性心理.
