蒸汽加压过滤可看作是超压过滤法或真空过滤法的进一步发展 ,在该工艺中采用饱和蒸汽或过热蒸汽代替压缩空气来脱水。与常规的差压脱水法相比 ,采用蒸汽加压过滤法时能明显降低产品的残余水分含量。这种过滤方法也能改善批量产品的处理性能 ,例如它的流动性。作为开发蒸汽加压过滤工艺的下一步 ,目标就是进行半工业规模操作〔1〕。为进行试验 ,对一台超压盘式过滤机进行了改造。设计了一个专用的蒸汽罩以确保在滤饼表面达到最佳的蒸汽分布。在研究过程中对两种产品———长石和来自烟气净化车间的石膏矿浆的脱水效果进行了试验。
Steam pressure filtration can be seen as a further development of overpressure filtration or vacuum filtration, where saturated or superheated steam is used instead of compressed air for dehydration. Compared with the conventional differential pressure dehydration method, the use of steam pressure filtration method can significantly reduce the residual moisture content of the product. This method of filtration also improves the handling of bulk products, such as its fluidity. As the development of steam pressure filtration process, the goal is to carry out semi-industrial scale operation [1]. An overpressure disc filter was modified for testing. A special steam hood has been designed to ensure optimum steam distribution on the cake surface. The dewatering of two products, feldspar and gypsum slurry from a flue gas cleaning plant, was tested during the study.
