报告了１３例早期发生型外斜视（ＥＯＥ），概括了其临床特征，并建议命名为ｔ“先天性外斜视”以与先天性内斜视相对应。由于ＥＯＥ多伴有全身合并症，患者应做ＣＴ、ＥＥＧ及小儿科检查。
Thirteen cases of early-onset exotropia (EOE) were reported summarizing their clinical features and suggested t ° congenital exotropia to correspond with congenital esotropia. Because EOE often accompanied by systemic complications, patients should do CT, EEG and pediatric examination.
