针对分层实体制造技术要求的高焊合率及微变形量,设计制造了一台精密扩散焊机。实验结果表明:利用该扩散焊机可以实现多种新的扩散焊工艺,并对多层异种钛合金薄片进行微变形精密扩散焊试验,焊合率和变形量均达到了产品的设计要求。
Aimed at the high welding rate and micro deformation required by the layered solid manufacturing technology, a precision diffusion welding machine is designed and manufactured. The experimental results show that a variety of new diffusion welding processes can be realized by this diffusion welding machine, and micro-deformation and precision diffusion welding tests of multi-layer dissimilar titanium alloy sheets have been achieved. Both the welding rate and the deformation amount meet the design requirements of the products.
