CPLD作为一种新型的可编程逻辑器件,具有集成度高、逻辑电路设计方便灵活、可靠性好、工作速度快等特点,为开发高性能智能化仪器提供极大的便利。本文介绍了一种利用CPLD大幅度扩展智能仪器的频率测量范围和提高测频精度的实用方法。
As a new type of programmable logic device, CPLD has the characteristics of high integration, convenient and flexible design of logic circuit, good reliability and fast working speed. It provides great convenience for developing high performance intelligent instruments. This paper introduces a practical method of using CPLD to greatly expand the frequency measurement range of intelligent instruments and improve the accuracy of frequency measurement.
