在改革开放形势下,如何在企业中开展思想政治工作,贯彻两个文明一起抓的方针?经过几年的摸索,我们认识到要建设好两个文明,必须把企业文化建设同思想政治工作结合起来,这样才能提高职工思想文化素质,调动职工积极性,从而推动企业发展。本文就以下三方面谈谈我们的体会。
