The continuous development of information technology and the extensive application of new media have brought new changes to the ideological and political work pattern of enterprises. The traditional media factories, factory magazines and television in the enterprises still play an irreplaceable main role. However, the new media with the Internet as the core, especially the mobile phone network, Weibo and WeChat platform, are also increasingly influencing the general staff . How to scientifically use both traditional media and new media means and platforms to serve the publicity and ideological work of enterprises is an important issue that we must seriously consider and face nowadays. Therefore, it is imperative for enterprises to work on publicity and ideological work in order to change their working methods and innovate their working carriers.
