民营企业,作为中国经济发展的生力军,发挥着越来越重要的作用。据统计,截至2011年9月,全国登记注册的私营企业已超过900万家,其中个体工商户超过3600万户,中国私营企业注册资金总额近25万亿元,中国的民营上市公司数量已突破1000家。另一组数据显示,我国中小企业(绝大多数都是民营企业)占了全国企业总数的99%以上,提供了近80%的城镇就业岗位,创造的价值相当于国内生产总值的60%,纳税额占国家税收总额的50%。
