目的 :观察以益气养阴活血为法组方的骨疏灵对维甲酸所致大鼠骨质疏松症的影响。方法 :采用维甲酸灌胃造成实验大鼠骨质疏松症的动物模型 ,以骨疏灵进行治疗。结果 :骨疏灵低剂量组和高剂量组均能阻止骨质疏松症模型大鼠体重的降低 ,升高血钙含量 ,降低尿胶原吡啶交联 N末端肽水平 ,并能明显提高模型大鼠的骨密度。结论 :骨疏灵能明显防治维甲酸造成的骨质疏松症 ,其机理可能与骨疏灵胶囊整体调节机体功能 ,促进骨形成 ,抑制骨吸收有关。
Objective : To observe the effect of bone shuling, a recipe for replenishing qi and nourishing yin and promoting blood circulation, on osteoporosis in rats induced by retinoic acid. METHODS: Animal models of osteoporosis in experimental rats were induced by intragastric administration of retinoic acid and were treated with Gushuling. Results: Both low-dose group and high-dose group of Gushuling could prevent the body weight of osteoporosis model rats from decreasing, increase the serum calcium content, decrease the level of urinary collagen pyridine cross-linked N-terminal peptide, and significantly increase the rat model. The bone density. Conclusion: The osteoporosis caused by retinoic acid can be obviously prevented by osteoporosis, and its mechanism may be related to the overall regulation of body functions of bone-sparing capsules, the promotion of bone formation, and the inhibition of bone resorption.
