通常用60Si2Mn制作各种弹簧。由于该钢具有良好的强度、疲劳极限和塑性,近年来其用途已扩大到冷镦模具。本研究所采用的工艺用于冷镦模具作M10六角螺母下冲模,使用寿命达18万件,大大超过Cr12Mo V和LD模具钢(5~7万件)。一、试验方法试验用钢为60Si2Mn热轧棒材,其化学成分为:0.59%C,1.94%Si,0.79%Mn,0.023%S,0.008%P。转变点Ac_1 760℃、Ac_3 810℃、M_s 255℃。棒材锻成12×12毫米方料,进行快速球化退火,制成试样。压缩试样φ10×15毫米、弯曲试样6×6×100毫
