不同剂量的NiCl_2(0.4、0.8、1.6、3.2、6.4mmol/L)均能降低人离体子宫肌条的自发收缩强度、张力和曲线下面积(UCA),随浓度增加抑制作用加强。IC_(50)为1.64±0.65mmol/L,但对自发收缩频率无显著抑制作用。NiCl_2能显著抑制Ca ̄(2+)引起的子宫收缩。半数抑制浓度的NiCl_2显著抑制了催产素引起的依细胞内Ca ̄(2+)的收缩反应,而对依细胞外Ca ̄(2+)的收缩反应无显著影响。
