日本昭和铝公司针对当前广为应用的Al-Si系共晶和过共晶合金铸件机械性能低,内部缺陷不可避免,轧制件得不到满意的耐磨性的问题,新近研制成功一种具有高耐磨性和可轧制的高硅铝合金,定名为“TAIMAL”。它属于过共晶Al-Si系合金。其铸件用保温帽铸造法成形,保证耐磨性的初晶Si粒子分布均匀。用特殊的挤压法可制成各种形状的制品。 “TAIMAL”合金的特征是:①耐磨性高,其耐磨性比Lo-Ex合金和高硅合金都
