前言:在教育改革深化的背景下,高校英语新教师整体教学生活质量都得以改善,如职前教育工作的开展,以及入职后教师的“帮、扶、带”等,都为新教师的培养提供保障。然而从当前高校新教师帮扶现状看,仍有较多弊病存在,一定程度上加剧新教师入职后的恐慌、困惑之感。这就需要从现象学视角出发,结合新教师表现特征采取相应的改进措施。因此,本文对新教师教学生活情况分析,具有十分重要的意义。一、基于现象学的新教师教学生活特征分析
