目的观察探讨实时三维超声成像技术诊断胎儿畸形的临床应用价值,为提高临床诊断胎儿畸形率提供更多参考。方法选取120例进行常规检查的孕妇为研究对象,首先对其进行常规二维超声检查,并记录检查结果 ,随后对其进行实时三维超声成像检查,并记录相应检查结果 ,最后将两种检查方法得出的结果与足月分娩后的统计结果进行对比。结果足月分娩后,共发现胎儿畸形36例,与二维超声诊断结果相符的有25例(69.44%),与三维超声诊断结果相符的有34例(94.44%),两者差异具有统计学意义(χ2=6.216,P<0.05)。结论实时三维超声成像技术在诊断胎儿畸形中相比于传统的二维超声具有更高的应用价值,可以提供丰富全面的图像信息,还具有立体成像等优点,深受临床医师认可,具有极高的临床推广价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of real-time three-dimensional ultrasound imaging in the diagnosis of fetal malformations and to provide more references for improving the diagnosis rate of fetal malformations. Methods A total of 120 pregnant women undergoing routine examinations were selected as the study subjects. First of all, conventional two-dimensional ultrasonography was performed and the results were recorded. Then real-time three-dimensional ultrasonography was performed on the pregnant women and the corresponding examinations were recorded. Finally, The results obtained are compared with the statistical results after full term delivery. Results After term delivery, a total of 36 fetal malformations were found, 25 (69.44%) were consistent with the two-dimensional ultrasound findings and 34 (94.44%) with three-dimensional ultrasound findings. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant Significance (χ2 = 6.216, P <0.05). Conclusion Real-time three-dimensional ultrasound imaging is more valuable in the diagnosis of fetal malformations than traditional two-dimensional ultrasound, which can provide abundant and comprehensive image information and has the advantages of stereoscopic imaging and so on.
