我们生产的空压机有三种型号,即 AW-6/7电动固定式空压机、VY6/7柴油移动式空压机、V—0.42/7电动移动式空压机。铸铁牌号有:15—32、18—36、21—40、铬钡铜合金、铜铬合金、球墨铸铁等。最大铸件为1000公斤,最小为0.2公斤,最大壁厚为200毫米,最小壁厚为4毫米,全年铸件平均成品为90.1%。从铸造角度来讲,现在能够铸造多牌号、多品种铸件,成品率保持在90%左右,和我们不断改造冲天炉是分不开的。
We have three models of air compressor, namely AW-6/7 electric fixed air compressor, VY6 / 7 diesel mobile air compressor, V-0.42 / 7 electric mobile air compressor. Cast iron grades are: 15-32,18-36,21-40, chromium barium copper alloy, copper chrome, ductile iron and so on. The maximum castings are 1000 kg, the minimum is 0.2 kg, the maximum wall thickness is 200 mm, the minimum wall thickness is 4 mm, and the annual average cast product is 90.1%. From the casting point of view, it is now possible to cast multiple grades and varieties of castings, and the finished product rate remains at around 90%, which is inseparable from the continuous transformation of the cupola.
