本文提出了一种由MOS型跨导运算放大器(OTA)和电容(C)实现的程控双二次钟型均衡器。其钟型响应的中心频率、增益和带宽分别由各自的控制电流独立调节。该电路结构简单,易于集成。此电路工作在±5V电源电压下,电路的线性输入范围可达—1.5V到+2.5V,中心频率可线性调节二个数量级以上,最大增益可达±20dB.
This paper proposes a programmable quadratic two-way equalizer implemented by a MOS transconductance operational amplifier (OTA) and a capacitor (C). The center frequency, gain and bandwidth of its bell-shaped response are independently adjusted by their respective control currents. The circuit structure is simple and easy to integrate. The circuit operates at ± 5V supply voltage, with a linear input range of -1.5V to + 2.5V. The center frequency can be linearly adjusted by more than two orders of magnitude with a maximum gain of ± 20dB.
