文章通过专家访谈法、查阅资料法、逻辑分析法对散打训练中的信号练习进行研究分析。研究结果表明,散打训练中视觉刺激分类标准下信号练习的分类包括手势信号练习、技术动作信号、预兆动作信号和靶位信号;训练中分类包括语言提示信号、语言口令信号、数字口令信号、口哨信号和掌声信号;信号练习运用各种不同的信号手段,对训练内容进行强化,以达到体能、技能的提高,使竞技能力得到提升,并转化为运动成绩。
The article carries on the research and analysis to the signal practice in the Sanda training through the expert interview method, the access to the data method and the logical analysis method. The results show that the classification of signal practice in the category of visual stimulation classification in Sanda training includes the gesture signal practice, technical action signal, foreshadowing action signal and target position signal. The training category includes the language prompt signal, the language password signal, the digital password signal and the whistle Signal and applause signal; signal practice using a variety of signal means to strengthen the training content, in order to achieve physical fitness, skills improvement, so that competitive ability is improved, and into sports performance.
