本文对肾移植术后肾功能良好的受者红细胞膜钠离子转运活性进行了测定,结果发现:接受强的松+硫唑嘌呤治疗的受者红细胞膜哇巴因敏感的钠泵活力明显升高,而接受强的松+环孢素A治疗的受者红细胞膜哇巴因敏感的钠泵和钠钾协同转运活力均明显下降,且环孢素A血浓度与钠泵活性呈明显负相关,环孢素组受者的血浆可使正常人红细胞钠泵活性受抑制,未发现肾移植受者的血压与红细胞膜钠泵及钠钾协同转运活性之间有相关关系。
