公安接入网是公安基层所、队的计算机系统与公安信息网骨干网相联接的网络系统,在公安信息化工作中占有重要位置。接入网建设要因地制宜,不能贪大图洋,片面追求高指标;要运用市场机制,利用市场竞争降低建设成本;要边建设边应用,力争早见效益,加快投资回报速度,激发接入网建设的积极性和自觉性;要把安全工作放在首位,克服“重建设、轻安全”的麻痹思想;要学习借鉴各地的建设经验,少走弯路,避免失误。
