Objective To analyze the crowd structure and related routes of infection in HIV-positive donors by conducting strict anti-HIV testing on blood donors so as to understand the HIV status and prevalence trends of blood donors so as to be effective in reducing the risk of HIV transmission through blood transfusions Measures provide the basis. Methods Before the donation of blood, anti-HIV gold standard method was used for rapid detection. Two ELISA reagents were used for the screening of double reagents and NAT screening after blood donation. The samples with positive screening results were sent for confirmation in time. conduct statistical analysis. Results In our anti-HIV screening test in 2006-2003, we found 218 cases of positive screening for anti-HIV and 87 cases of positive anti-HIV for WB. Among the anti-HIV positive blood donors, 59.8% were aged 20-30 years; occupational structure accounted for a large proportion (27.6%); among the academic qualifications, college graduates accounted for 56.3%; in gender structure, Men accounted for 89.7%. There are 5 cases of fixed blood donors. Among the routes of transmission, MSM accounted for 49.4%, of which 29 were aged 20-29, accounting for 67.4% of MSM. Conclusion The positive rate of anti-HIV in unpaid blood donors in this area has been on an upward trend since the past eight years and has the characteristics of being young and masculine. The main route of transmission is MSM, which has spread to a contingent of non-compensated blood donors, suggesting that in improving blood recruitment At the same time of service work, the missionary education that strengthens HIV prevention knowledge of blood donors can not be neglected.
