在60kg复吹转炉热模上用三种规格的六只套管式底枪进行了36炉试验。着重研究了合适的天然气比,同时探讨了底枪结构、供气参数等因素对底枪寿命的影响。试验发现:(1)当天然气比大于16%时,底枪熔损速度小于1mm/炉,由此确定试验条件下的合适天然气比为16%;(2)在保证一定的天然气比的前提下,采用窄环缝枪可以提高底枪寿命;(3)从试验结果的趋势看,如果环缝宽度达到设计要求,16%的“合适天然气比”是可以降低的;(4)在不击穿熔池的前提下,提高底枪气压力,有利于把火点区推离炉底,从而使底枪熔损速度降低,寿命提高。
In the 60kg blown BOF thermal model with three sizes of six casing-type guns carried out 36 furnace test.
