协议转让——魔合打开 2002年6月23日,这一天,国务院同时出台了两个重大政策,一个“停止”,一个“解冻”。国务院决定除企业海外发行上市外,对国内上市公司停止执行《减持国有股筹集社会保障资金管理暂行办法》中关于利用证券市场减持国有股的规定。同时,从2000年8月以来,暂停的国有股向非国有股单位协议转让审核的禁令解除,继续正常进行法人股协议转让。国有股转让可以通过协议转让渠道进行。 这等于打开了一道闸门。它意味着中国国有上市公司前所未有的民营化浪潮
Agreement Transfer - Magic Co-Opened June 23, 2002 On this day, the State Council also promulgated two major policies at the same time, one “stopping” and one “freezing.” The State Council decided to stop the domestic listed companies from exercising the provisions of the “Provisional Measures for the Administration of the Fund-raising of Social Security Funds by Reducing State-owned Shares”, in respect of the use of the stock market for the reduction of state-owned shares, in addition to the overseas issuance and listing of enterprises.
