目的观察局部应用康复新液和胰岛素联合治疗糖尿病足的疗效。方法选择糖尿病足患者56例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各28例,治疗组在全身治疗基础上,足溃疡创面常规外科清创后,用康复新液联合胰岛素外敷治疗,对照组仅给与胰岛素外敷治疗,每天1次,10d为1个疗程,2组均观察2个疗程,对2组的临床疗效进行比较。结果在治疗2个疗程后,治疗组有效率为92.9%明显高于对照组的71.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2种治疗方法均取得了一定的疗效,康复新液联合胰岛素治疗糖尿病足的疗效优于单独用胰岛素治疗。
Objective To observe the curative effect of locally applied Kangfuxin and insulin in the treatment of diabetic foot. Methods Fifty-six patients with diabetic foot were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 28) and control group (n = 28). On the basis of systemic therapy, the treatment group was treated with Kangfuxinye combined with external application of insulin after routine surgical debridement. And insulin topical treatment, once a day, 10d for a course of treatment, two groups were observed two courses of clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results After 2 courses of treatment, the effective rate of the treatment group was 92.9%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (71.4%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Both treatments have achieved certain curative effect. The therapeutic effect of Kangfuxin Solution combined with insulin on diabetic foot is better than that of insulin alone.
