用左心插管法记录象家兔希氏束电图。静脉点滴CVB和利多卡因均有剂量依赖的延长P-R,A-H和H-V时间的作用,前者的作用强度和延长A-H的剂量-效应回归线的斜率显著大于后者。CVB对房室传导的抑制可能系药物的直接作用。
Using left ventricular cannulation, record the Hiszoelectric beam. Intravenous CVB and lidocaine dose-dependently prolonged the effects of P-R, A-H and H-V time, with the former significantly increasing in intensity and prolonging the slope of the dose-effect regression line for A-H. Inhibition of atrioventricular conduction by CVB may be a direct effect of the drug.
